These may be land or buildings with potential value uplift after planning approval, or planning permission may already exist and there is a minimum potential 25% value uplift after build out and sale. Alternatively existing commercial or residential assets may provide asset management opportunities that prove attractive to potential investors. Every opportunity is different, and we always perform initial due diligence both on the potential value gain and on deliverability before offering assets, to mitigate risk.
Locations: London and South East primarily, but also UK wide and Europe.
Assets Offered: Land with and without planning permission, commercial buildings with potential for change of use to residential status, Hotels, Student Accommodation.
Buyers: Developers, Funds, Private Investors, Capital Groups, Family Offices, effectively no upper limit on buying capacity, but assets must have a buying angle and value gain or asset management potential.
